A new interior for an apartment in Amsterdam was needed. The apartment is situated in the ’60 suburb Buitenveldert near the south-axe of Amsterdam. A central staircase gives access on first floor to the apartment and a to separate storage.
By changing the central hall into a wardrobe, and changing the front door position towards the storage, an optimal use of m2 is obtained.
Starting at the new front door position, the house is a slalom formed space of entrance, laundry, kitchen, living room, wardrobe closet, bathroom and finally master bedroom.
The master bedroom, wardrobe and bathroom are separated by a double door.
The kitchen contains a DJ booth.
