A new interior for a maisonette at the Andreasplein in Amsterdam was needed. The maisonette is situated on ground floor in a newly build complex in Amsterdam-West. It contains a living area, a kitchen and a bedroom and bathroom on ground floor and 3 bedrooms on first floor. A demolition of the existing interior of the ground floor and building a totally new interior was the commission.
Ground floor becomes one open space with entrance, dining, kitchen and living.
Living and dining are balanced with the kitchen, the functional and physical center of the house.
